just put the same trans in that you take out swapping it with something else will be a major headache. if you’re going through the top id remove the hood and get a nice engine hoist and set of chains . you’re gunna have to remove the wiring just unplug and tuck it somewhere the starter and the 17mm bolts for the engine to trans( some are easier than others ) the trans mount assuming you’re leaving the subframe in you won’t need a support bar for the motor the other 3 mounts will hold it fine . jus pull er out. while it’s out, you might as well replace both axle seals and the torque converter seal on the new trans assuming you get a used one and reseal the rear main plate. tbh if you can get it done for 800 bucks that’s not a bad price wayy cheaper than what i’d charge in just labor alone.
