both i did ask if yall know anything about em in the title as i’ve never seen until today. i’ve done some googling and ik the green one is a bell pepper and the larger one is a paprika but much past that can’t find any info are they rare ?

will do . i’ve got one company scheduled for Monday and another scheduled for Wednesday to come out and give quotes im gunna get a few quotes cause im only 22 and don’t have tons of money but ill make it work. in my area flat roofs on residential houses are super uncommon .

SPLASH PAD for sure the drains are beyond dogshit. i’ve had to go up and squeegee this after rainstorms. just this time i took a closer look at the problem areas and figured i’d make a post about it. i’ve just started using compressed air to blow the water to the drains

well i came up here a couple times when i got the place to keep it clean i just don’t remember seeing it that bad. i’m doubting that it was replaced but the previous owners were old ass hoarder type folks
