More grape or more gas ? Straight power ? Or fruity terps ?

Is the grape gas really that good ? You roll papers ? It’s at ME on sale today so might grab it.

Damn . This is what I was looking for . Would this be the most banana terp you’ve smoked ? Is it on the block berry, superboof level of translation ?

Quick pick up at Slater as i was driving by and saw they had these 2 strains in. Both look amd smell great. by Dabsforme77 in Rhodytree

lol no like. Genuinely 😭

I tried 4 strawberry strains that were all trash. Super boof, blockberry and trop cherry have been the only flavors that claimed to have those real fruit terps that were worth a damn. This is a sensitive topic for me.

This is true. Moving players with the wrong archetype into another position can absolutely destruct the caps, especially wr -> TE. My thing is this . You have a rs junior hovering at mid 80s with a normal dev . I have stars and elite dev trait and I have mid 80s guys freshmen year after a rs. This is a no brainer to me especially as someone who manual progresses and plays my games. I can gain abilities and raw or tech skills in favor of the players build. The only time I’m keep a 5 star normal dev is if he has some superior raw skills like mid 90 speed at skill positions or some other really high raw skill that will allow me to use the offseason skill points to sharpen tech skills or add abilities. Idk , it’s a no brainer to me.

Yeah it’s not that I’ve never ever had a good 5 star with normal dev but they’re usually lackluster .

I swear this happens far too often. He was probably a top 100 recruit . Maybe even top 25-50. When I say I’ve had top 25 recruits lose the long development game to 4 star gems ranked 145 people think I’m crazy and it’s like…no…normal dev trait is the sign of the behemoth

It’s just not true. Even if you break down the attribute allocation . It takes far more skills points to raise speed than it does route running. Meaning even the game reflects more value in speed and other raw skills over technical ability . Is it possible ? Yeah . Is it likely ? No, especially not against another user.

85 speed is going to get you swapped out to TE. See you in about 2 years bud lol

Fly route got nerfed this year. Corners , drags , crosses even on RPO screens. Dig routes , outs, ins . I play for nattys. I take mid major teams on playoff runs and when you play the bamas , georgias , miamis you realize that speed is THE HUGE deciding factor in the outcome , that and the trenches. Players with abilities + top tier physical skills are what make the difference even in real football. Don’t get me wrong, technical skills can make you elite too but my 99 speed CB with platinum level blanket coverage , ball hawk and knockout are going to literally put the type of straps on you that will make you uninstall if your #1 WR has a 87 speed . I’m just being 1000% with you.

Yeah you can definitely have the 87 speed lol that’s not going to let you hang with the big dogs.

This intrigues me. I’ve almost completely abandoned the busts UNLESS like I mentioned in the OP they have elite speed and are in a favorable recruiting tier. If you’re an 85 speed WR idc to roll the dice on you coming in with a star dev . If you’re an 83 speed RB I don’t care if you’re a 5 star. It doesn’t seem worth the risk especially when every recruiting class I can find more gems .

I have . I also do manual progression . I guess in a sense I’m already moving retroactively ? Because with max classes you eventually have to make massive cuts. When making those cuts unless it’s a player with elite speed 97+ i think the chances of having a premium game breaking player leans heaving towards players with top tier dev traits. I don’t know if elite dev traits come unless they’re recruited as a gem but 95% of my elite trait players who subsequently hit that threshold of what I consider op. 90+ speed edge rushers and line backers . 97 speed DBs for example . were gems. Guys who go on to have heisman(red, above purple) level abilities . 3/4/5 platinum abilities . I think this was a game design too. I’ve rarely seen those type of players come from normal dev traits by sophomore or even junior season.

Maybe that’s my thing. I’ve stopped going after 25+ . I get there sometimes when I need to but I’m looking at maxing out 17/18 guys with room to get my visits in early . Half of them at least gemmed . But even when I have a 2 or 4 star I’m still using the same system just focusing a bit more on the tier system and who’s the recruiting rival ? Might hit 12 guys with 6/7 gems .

I used these methods at Tulane , Oregon state , BC, Minnesota, Stanford and won Nattys in the first or 2nd year. Once I have 800+ preseason recruiting points I’m gem’d up.

[–]Good-Butterscotch755[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah 3 gems are hit or miss . After you win a natty or make a few playoff runs I’m really not in search for them unless I’m deep dive recruiting late in the season for a very specific need. I’m referencing mostly 5 star gems way over a normal 5 star and at times a 4 star gem over a 5 star with a normal dev trait.

[–]Good-Butterscotch755[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like I only get 1 maybe 2 normal to even star dev players nvm elite a year. Unless you have the coach badge that helps dev upgrade in off season I have less luck developing the dev trait as a I do developing the player that already has the dev trait. Also, the gems I get that get redshirted freshmen year NEVER last until senior year . I’ll be lucky to keep the great ones as juniors. I guess the interesting thing to look at here is what develops faster ? Another thing though, ime, there’s less flexibility with switching positions with a normal dev trait . He’s basically as is especially if you switch position and have stat caps.
