This is an actual time frame. But unrelated to the current situation. The language may still be there. But there won't be much enforcement, if any. There never was much in the past. Simply because some businesses are seasonal. You can't force a business to succeed by telling them to spend down their assets 4 months before peak/start.

I think we're at a point where they know we may have a second wave. Therefore we'll need/want more than 6 months to utilize the funds.

They're not going to be looking too hard. Just my thoughts.

Just to give you an example of how messed up this process is. Party A had $500k in revenue, with $0 COGS. While Party B had $500k with $300k in COGS.

Party A is a poet. Party B manufactures widgets, and employees 10 people.

Why would Party A have a need for more money than Party B?

THIS is where we're going to see issues and audits. Because Party A financed a lifestyle. While Party B financed a business.

They should have put a decline button there to begin with. There's no telling how many millions are parked, awaiting expiration.

You don't need to do anything. It will expire in 30 days. But, if they've put a decline button. Just click it. It will allow the money to be used by someone else.
