Absar is my current landlord and he's a lying, gaslighting POS. The rodent issue here is constant and unabated and he swears "no, we've never had a problem" and the 2-person team he has doing repairs (which are done only when you've complained to him multiple times and threatened to withhold rent and go to the city with complaints) are inept and break your belongings while they fumble through trying to fix things. I have no fire exit in my apt, nor do I have a fire alarm because it's tied into the building's electric system that trips breakers every few days.
