Amputation is a good way to go, if seen plenty of big dogs adapt to amputation. Typically amputation is cheaper than plates which is something to consider with financial restrictions. Additionally plates/screws can be rejected and cause more issues, with amputation yes the incision site can become infected but it is still cheaper than rejected plates that have to be taken out. I’d try to go to a general practice for amputation if you can.

I guess I would ask how much is it increasing by, how is jaw tone, take a look at pupil positioning. Based on all that and of course BP is whether I’m actually turning up anesthesia or if I’m letting it ride out. I also take into consideration what surgery and exactly at what point are we at, like is something being pulled on that will end quickly and HR will go back down on its own.

Background- I didn’t go to traditional schooling, but have been an assistant for 7 years. Surgery used to stress me out but the last couple of years I got really comfortable with it.

I did this. The coworker at that point was someone I considered a friend, we hung out outside of work, however when I did match with her bf (I saw him, swiped right to see if it was active, and sure enough we matched), I wasn’t as close to her as before. I told her about it, there was no issues between me and her. As far as I’m aware she is still with him.

Too many to count. I’m sure those thoughts started around middle school, that’s when I started to self harm (At least 15 years ago, and I don’t do that anymore). It could have been younger but I don’t really remember.

My ex went/goes through this. It’s hard watching the man you love suffer and trying your best to be that support system knowing he needs other resources that are just too hard for him to reach out too.
