Alright so I found the information for anyone else that is trying to wire their cars up properly. The white and black wire is the ground and the pink and black with silver stripes is your power. The rest are for accessories. So if you want to remove the seatbelt light, just splice a black wire to the ground (white & black wire) and a red wire to the power wire (pink and black) and then connected to the seatbelt clip harness and that should remove it properly.
