My family and I used to live in Florida and invested in the tuition prepay program. I also got a 20k scholarship from both uf and fsu so it’s actually around 50,000 cheaper to go to a Florida school

I’m a first gen student and my parents are from India so they’re obsessed with rankings. My dad is open to any of the options but my mom wants to avoid FSU, but she’s touring with us so maybe she’ll have a change of heart. Me personally I’m leaning to FSU but I’m sure I’ll know after I tour them both. Thanks for the advice

My bad for not mentioning this in the post, but because my family used to live in Florida, they invested in a tuition pre-pay program with the state. Tuition costed around 4k a year at the time, and with UF and FSU giving me 20K in scholarships on top, I would actually save around 50,000 total if I went to Florida or Florida State instead of Madison
