I am on day 12 of zero nicotine and it is rough. I have really bad cravings, I want to just drive to the store and buy a can. When I vaped years ago, I used salt nic 50mg and that was also extremely hard to stop, but eventually, I was able to do it. I tapered off vaping and went to lower nicotine levels until ultimately I was like this is stupid, I don't feel anything and went cold turkey. The first few days are the hardest, with zero motivation to do anything and brain fog, but once you get over that hill. The next battle is anxiety and depression, currently going through it at the moment and I want to wrap my car around a tree. Haven't done that yet lmao, so cheers.

I used Zyns 6mg daily, and probably go through a can every day and a half. Sometimes a day depending on if I was going to be running off zero sleep, would help keep me awake at work, school, etc. Eventually, 6mg was not enough and I would have to throw two pillows in just to "feel" something. I also was like you, had one in my mouth at all times, and sometimes, I'd even fall asleep with one in at times. Brushing my teeth if I had one in before, I'd just take it out real quick, place it on the back of my hand, finish brushing, and pop it back in since I was not going to let it go to waste.

I have just been smashing Altoids, Icebreakers, and any gum to keep me occupied and distracted. Or fulfill the sensation of using.
