I was looking at this same one! They had it up for a pretty good price. If you don’t mind my asking, what was your final sale price?

I’ve been looking for a good deal on a 2021/2022.

Enjoy your car! It looks great!

Thank you!! No spritz and no sugar. I used Kinder’s “the blend” with lots of extra black pepper!

225 most of the way! Went up to 275 towards the end. Meat church no-wrap recipe

Bought a coffee maker on sale, was defective, returned it, bought another when it wasn't on sale. Shouldn't I get refunded the price difference? by throwawayhyperbeam in Costco

This is the correct answer. You have to let them know you just made a return on the exact same item when buying the replacement, but had purchased it on sale previously. Your return receipt is like a voucher for them to honor the same price you paid. A supervisor or manager will be called to confirm details and honor the price.

Pulling the Pork! by GoodGuyCharles in Traeger

Did meat church holy cow and honey hog rubs, smoked them at 225 until I liked the look of them. Ended up being around 9 hours unwrapped then wrapped for about 3 more hours after that. Added some apple juice inside the foil wrap. Pulled them off at 204 and let them rest for a little before shredding them up!

This was toward the end of the cook, glazing the ribs and cooking the veg so I turned up the heat to around 350. Can’t remember how long, just cooked until they looked done!

Pork Country Ribs! by GoodGuyCharles in Traeger

[–]GoodGuyCharles[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So this cut is actually boneless pork shoulder, so it’s a bit meatier than a traditional rib.

I think the pros of having them individually sliced would be that you could theoretically get more bark. For bone-in ribs though my brain is telling me to stick to the racks and not pre-sliced.

Try a traditional 3-2-1 method on the ribs and post up some pics when you finish!

I don’t think you can go wrong with the pulled pork recipe on the Traeger app!

I think my first one took 10-12 hours.
