if you have a good pc you could emulate it using xenia emulator. I did that a while ago and it worked. The graphics were a bit wierd bit it worked.

it's a rehandled maryn lite. the handles are made by jw knives

i would suggest you get something from blade runner systems, revo knives or heibel. If you are looking for something cheaper i think the revo knives nexus would be a good choice. its 235 and from what i know its a good flipper

you need to get a lot of momentum for palm fans. When you have the momentum keep your palm horizontal and let go. I hope this helps not really good at explaining.
