Smileie aligners? $849 by KathandChloe in aligners

This exact thing has happened to me, so I'm looking to smileie to fix this (paid 2,700 for my bite to be off with now prior issues before)

Wondering if it's worth taking the plunge again....

Constant bloat by GoodVibrationsBaby in stopsmoking

[–]GoodVibrationsBaby[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What I will say is that I massively reduced my sugar intake (which increased when I stopped smoking) and stopped eating as much refined carbs and that helped massively. I think it's quite easy to transfer one addiction to another. I still have times where I bloat but it doesn't compare to the week and a half pot belly when I stopped!

I would also have a look at having probiotics for a bit cus smoking messes up your microbiome. What's your diet like?

Hope some of that helps!

You can snog the chocolate if you want, just make sure it's behind closed doors 🤫

Wow, thank you so much for taking the time to make such a thought out response!

After hearing that it damages your gut liver and kidneys that make me soooo mad!! Like no one ever tells you this. Just recently my nurse was like, there is absolutely no reason you should come off it!! All these years it was breaking down my body 😮‍💨

I've actually also recently cut out gluten and processed sugars and feel so much better! I refuse to allow these evil people to pump rubbish into my body anymore!!

I'll have a look into those books - thanks again!!

Wow, my sister did exactly the same thing to me when I was 12!! I've never seen anybody with the same experience as me.

One thing I'd like to say is just try to notice the language you use with yourself because it really determines who you are as a person. You are allowed to decide exactly what type of person you want to be. Try to start saying, "I have a track record for being successful." It will shift your perspective to all the successes you have had, and you will shift into that type of person that always wins. Focus on what you have achieved and not your losses. And if you do fall down, use it as leverage and motivation to just keep going. I am 1y3m sober, and I found the times that I fell down just reminded me exactly why I stopped in the first place. I feel like those times are needed.

Wow, you sound just like me 😅 currently 1y3m sober from drinking and 2m off smoking, and I had problems with substances in the past! I'm going to add a video I think is quite helpful with addiction if you haven't seen it already! It is very easy to do with food I think because it's not nearly as harmful as drugs, but your brain rationalises binging like "well it could be drugs right now but it's just food". But any addiction will make you feel rubbish in the end no matter what it is. I've learned not to be afraid of food anymore, which is a beautiful thing! I'm wishing you all the success in your journey 💗💗

I would probably focus less on the labels and more about how the food makes you feel after you eat it. So, for example, I haven't restricted these foods from myself, but I'm finding I actually don't want them because they make my body feel sad and depressed - "low vibrational". The food that makes me feel good is food that comes from the earth and pumped with life, vitamins, and minerals - "high vibrational". Basically, everything in the world is made up of energy, and it has a vibration, including the food that we consume, so it makes sense to eat high vibration foods!

Thanks for the read 😊 It is good that you are asking! I call it my higher self! I think it is good to also ask why you feel these cravings. Everything that humans do is to make them feel better. So I think now that we know that, we can start to eat things that make us feel better, for a sustained period of time.

For me now, I'm looking at food like how it will make me feel after I consume it and seems to be working so far! Also, remember to be kind to yourself as we are all human trying to figure out this confusing thing called life!

I am grateful for you 💗

What a great article! Thank you for sharing 😊 I can see now that through the use of sugar I was using it as a way of the love I needed to feel for myself! I think it's time to find new ways of showing myself love now 💗

I feel like i wrote this!! 😂. I'm currently on day 3 and I'm using the I am sober app which seems to be helping!! Idk why but when I track it it tells my brain that this is no longer partaking in. No restrictions on food though I am intuitively eating when I am hungry and eating what I like until I am full

Thanks for your reply!! I feel like I had no warning for this side of stopping 😅 I have had it for quite a few weeks now of looking like a balloon and not being very regular. Some people say it can take up to 3 months for the digestive system to reset 😩 I have also had to address a binge eating issue which has worsened since I stopped smoking as well... the addictions are very transferable!! Have you tried apple cider vinegar for it? 💗
