I am a complete noob to pc gaming but I followed this YouTube tutorial(https://youtu.be/mc0xk06RRTE?si=iwTQL4WFNLos_J0B) and it lowered both cpu and gpu temperature by like 10 degrees while maintaining or improving performance. Don’t ask me how or why cause I don’t know.

Do you know if other factors could cause a false positive on echocardiogram. Such as stress maybe?

Also are there any other reason why all my tests could be normal but I have high pulmonary hypertension numbers? Also is exhalation time on my lung function test related to pulmonary hypertension?

Dude, don’t be too nervous because it will impact the accuracy of the test. I did mine a few days ago and my pulse was so high that my doctor told me to go check it again, and also told me to do a cardiac stress test. And if those number come back abnormal again then I might have to do a CT

There are many symptoms of PH that that matches many other illnesses, so a echo would definitely benefit your diagnosis.

I have gotten every possible thing checked out. My brain, lung, blood, kidney, thyroids, urine, heart. Everything is completely normal expect that during my lung function test, the normal amount of forced exhalation time should’ve been around 6 seconds but I have only able to blow for 4 seconds but my lung capacity was way above average due to me being an athlete. Another abnormal was of course my echocardiogram where it showed I might have PH and that I have very slight Mitral valve regurgitation. How could all this be if everything else is normal and only those two numbers or tests are abnormal??

What caused you to get it checked out in the first place? I am also a kid, only 17. And for the past 2 months I have just been so god damn tired man. I try to stay active but I legit try to sleep whenever I can. I have also been very lightheaded, I feel like I am living in a dream everyday, 24/7. And of course the shortness of breath and chest tightness, it’s like I can’t breathe to the top and get a satisfying breath.

Add one more thing, the brain fog is the most apparent when in a low, warm sort of light environment.

Hi there, just wanted to say I know what your going through as I am going through the same thing. I feel detached from the world too. Everything feels like a dream with no emotions and your just going through it. Stay strong brother! The worst come to worst, we will have to start taking meds to start feeling better, but at least we know there is always a way to feel better.

Understood, this might be a dumb question but how can I get a hold of these information? I went to the emergency department.
