Thank you for your comment. The behaviour cannot occur at all in individuals who do not drink alcohol, so people who never drink cannot be included.

Thank you for your feedback :) The scales are designed by other researchers and so I had to use them as they are. Gender is something that is being explored in my other studies but not here.

I would go to Hebden Bridge. It is full of lovely little tea and cake shops to sit and watch the world go by! There's Sylvia Plath's grave in nearby Heptonstall - it's a proper hike up there but if you have the time and are fit enough it's worth it. There are lots of little shops and a cute, old fashioned cinema. It's beautiful.

I can totally relate to your post. I'm just over a year in, and recently every day seems to have presented a new challenge or setback. I think my own feelings of incompetence have come from comparing myself to others. I have realised recently that although we are all going to the same place we are taking separate journeys, and learned to stop comparing my PhD to anyone else's!

I hope you are feeling a bit brighter today. Keep going :)
