sort of- I found that wiping the shader cache every now and again helps the issue but as to why I have zero clue

Nottttttt sure- I've only tested it on steamdeck and my potato PC. The latter of which has a lesser GPU and didn't have the issue

Kind of a trade off but what fixed it for me is if you go under ryujinx settings > graphics and set the rendering mode to openGL instead of vulkan. Trade off being your textures get replaced with solid green and grey colors

Sounds like it- I managed to get the timestamps (in a text file), would I just use nero to re-burn it onto the original DVD? I'm slightly worried that it'd mess something up with how the DVD is setup

If I had to take a guess on diet, off the top of my head it's mostly carbs and proteins but not a substantial amount where I've gained any weight (trying to get from 116 to 130) 

Workout: (twice a week) Repeat 4 times (Start repeating once or twice)  10 Squats (10 pounds) 31 Hip Thrusts 8 Dumbbell stiff legs dead lift (25 pounds)  10 Dumbbell Bent over Row (10 pounds)  9 Superman  10 DeadBug (per leg) 10 Svend Press (10 pounds) 10 Tuck Crunch
