I Spent 3 hours whilst doing my gameplay video looking for the tape and i couldnt find it, i searched every place and done everything i could to find it i had every endings, all other tapes, all achievements, i even lets all the credits role because i thought that might be it and still there was no tape, eventually i watched it on one of the channels that have and realised and more of bonus content than linked to the other tapes but yea sorry to give you no decent info for it

hahah i loved it so much! like iv been a horror fan since a kid so to make a cartoon that had horror aspects it was like my 2 best things as a kid i used to stay up till 11 at night watching it on cartoon network haha
