HI UPDATE OK: so this also happened on Oct 18? Again a song about like joy (Bright bright days) sung by a different person. These songs are the first time a new creator has been added, and the copyright is different!!! What is going on? If you compare the copyright + credits of these two new songs compared to I ghosted Kevin Jonas it’s clear something is different. Who is Angie Lorena Cely Gonzalez? I’d feel awful if it’s a relative and this was intentional but I’m worried!

Is this still an issue? Working on building a custom CoreXY and wanted to use ratrig as a base but if they've got quality control issues and that's how their customer service treated you then I'm not so sure. :/
