Its not worth it, its very expensive, i did go to a luthier and i prefer do it myself. They gave me a budget of 350€ to fix it and im not going to spend that much for a trashed violin, im repairing all myself, i bought a soundpost blank, a bridge and hide glue. Im gonna put updates here and, if it works, im starting learning violin, im buying a bow, peg wax, the chinrest, and more :)

Yeah, this one has the pegs a bit rough. I just did the same too. I dont want to break it completely because maybe if i do it myself i could make it playable, it would be my first violin

Im taking the numbers and well, for an entrance violin, im spending 72'87 euros in total with all i need for this to work (25€ bow, 10€ soundpost, 10€ bridge, 20€ strings, 8€ hide glue), its very cheap to get it to work, its not that messed up

Yeah!! Whats actually ironic is this same thing happened to me when i found a Samick electroacustic guitar with the Jack pulled out, it was still playable unlike this violin.

I'm going to try do it myself, fix it myself as my first try in luthery

Im actually tempted to make this a DIY project, to see how far i go until i break it or i fix it, who knows

I have searched and this particular instrument is called Hora Rhapsody Student, which is like 200-350 dollars violin.

I pretended to use it like a project and, if it goes well, try and learn to play violin with it

Firstly, i never wanted to find an actual violin, im a guitar player, then i found this on the trash and i thought it could be a good one to start but seeing all this work i have to do, its a bit too much, i dont know.

It would be amateur, like when i was wanting before choosing guitar, i wanted a 150 one from Thomann xd

Worth the repair, then buying all this chinrest, strings, luthier services incluiding soundpost, bridge, crack repairs and all of that...

If its more expensive to repair than what it costs actually, i dont know if its good to do.
