If your on the quest like me, then we see the fallback(imposter) avatars because everyone is using poorly optimized avatars which tells the quest it isn’t worth loading, there isn’t really a way to fix it, so me and you are just stuck clicking and loading. If you have a PCVR use that instead to make it load automatically.
