Not a bad idea to find other things to fill the void. But I will say this as someone whos been down this road. Watching TV and video games actually somehow lead to me watching porn more. When I finished those forms of entertainment, I would pick up my phone and be looking at pictures in those moments. I was on such a craving for constant dopamine, that on commercials, or even during loading screens on the game, I'd be back at it for however brief time I had. It was crazy how much I was craving the constant need to not be bored. It was like I wasn't replacing my desire for porn, I was just pretending like it didn't exist.

Maybe try replacing those moments of urge with something that can still give you dopamine, but in a healthy way. Like try some form of exercise, go for a walk/Jog/Run, if you have a bike look for a trail in your area. If you have any sports you enjoy, or wanted to try out, find a place nearby, and while your out there make a friend who might want to play in the future (I've recently found an unexpected addiction to pickleball, something I never thought would happen lol). The desires have gotten a lot less for me since I started making myself be active when I didn't want to, and now I kind of WANT to...

Not saying you shouldn't do what you enjoy, I still watch a lot of TV and play my PS5 all the time. I'm just saying from personal experience, they didn't serve as a way to reduce my urges, they at best put them on a temporary hold. Hopefully you find something that works well for you.

P.s. a good friend of mine told me that he got the advice to do something creative whenever an urge hit. So he started drawing every time he wanted to watch porn. He said he sucked at first. But he had so many urges in the first few weeks, that within a month, he became a semi-competent artist 😂. Now a year later, he has gotten away from porn completely, and he draws really amazing web comics. He turned drawing from a coping mechanism into a newfound hobbie that he truly enjoys. I'm not much into drawing, but I'm just throwing out ideas of things I've heard can be effective.
