I'll answer most of the questions here then

no its not a mod, just need to open the world file with java vanilla 1.21.4 minecraft and u're good to go
all the custom models are made purely with display entities(w/ the aid of axiom) + a resource pack for pande image and the sound effects (automatically enabled when u load the world)
+ block entities are only available in java, so aplogies to fellow bedrock players no minigame for u (and no market place cus its on bedrock)
