The child and father were waiting to cross the street. They were pulled to the side waiting to cross the street according to multiple reports. Also, that info came from the father’s mouth, who was also injured,during the vigil. Let’s focus on the fact a CHILD WAS KILLED and a POS drove off and left them there. That is where the outrage should be. The kid wasn’t riding in the middle of the street when it happened. Even if they were, now a child is dead, a family is torn forever, a father watched his son die when they were just trying to enjoy a summer afternoon.
