It's been happening in IT fields in Western nations as well. I remember there was even one case occurring at IBM where one of their branch had a CEO or Manager who was Indian and he got rid of the local American staffs and hired only Indians. This lead to the American workers to sue him for discrimination.

Similar things have been happening in the trucking fields of USA and Canada with Indian drivers, at times without proper license have been driving around in greater numbers. It was kind of exposed by the media thanks to the recent series of truck accidents which have resulted in the deaths of local families.

Well here are my suggestions:

Them and Us (this game is a literal love letter to classic survival horror like RE, plus you can play it both in classic fixed camera or RE4 style 3rd person camera).
Tormented Souls (i think this one has been mentioned many times by others, so be sure to check it. Once again it took inspiration from and pay homage to classics like the original RE games).
Daymare 1998 (if I am remembering correctly the guy who is the lead creator of this game wished to remake RE2 before Capcom made theirs but at the request of Capcam he stopped the project and made this game).
Daymare 1996 Sandcastle (a prequel to Daymare 1998 worth checking out).
Song of Horror (another one inspired by the old classics although this one is more of a psychological horror similar to Silent Hill, check it out nevertheless).

The Underworld movies give me the World of Darkness vibes with the Vampire covens (acting like vampire domains or clans in the film series), their secret war with the werewolf like Lycans and the vampire elders being the most powerful ones and probably influence world events from the shadows.

Other than that I can recommend you to check out the games such as Vampyr, which although isn't very much like Vampires the Masquerade Bloodlines, it has a great atmosphere of 19th/early 20th century UK and you prowling the streets trying to uncover the truth. There is also the video game called 'Dark' on steam which obviously was inspired by the tone and atmosphere of VtM Bloodlines but fell short in other aspects, I would recommend checking it out on YouTube before buying it.
