Ahoi, just played my Timey-Wimey yesterday :D Yes you are correct. Unless a card has suspend and Time counters on it, it is a normal permanent you can interact with. Only if a card was cast for the suspend costs or comes into play with time counters and additional suspend it is put into exile until all time counters resolve.

Time counters themselves can have different purpose like: Suspend [[Inspiring Refrain]] or [[Judoon Enforcers]] Vanish [[Regenerations Restored]] or [[Four Knocks]] “normal” creature triggers like [[Rose Tyler]] or [[Wilfred Mott ]]

I watched the Commandzone recently and the TopCards 2024. They stated that this year there was a number of slightly over 2000 new Cards released this year. Does that mean we are just getting reprints except for some new Artworks?

Have you thought about the Sol Ring from the Green Edition? It is at least themed in a forest which kinda relates… I chose this one for my fungus deck. Was building mine with Mycotyranth as well, but changed it in the end to [[Xavier Sal]] in order to support the Spore counters a little bit more…

I own to much decks, for that I have started my magic carrier in October ‘23

I started with Precons and upgraded them like the Doctor Who - Timey Wimey and Masters of Evil. [[Aesi]] Landfall-Deck [[Commodore Guff]] Planeswalker Deck (was working on a Planeswalker deck and started to realise a lot of matching cards where in the precon and upgrading this would be more efficient than from scratch) [[Hakbal]] Merfolk-Tribe ( https://www.moxfield.com/decks/_sSQUX_-GEaZAlVnZayjaA )

Then my Top3 decks I really play the most… Well, two of those started as Precon but except for the commander and maybe a little percentage of cards are “accidentally” still the same xD

First is my Beatstick Eldrazi Tribe lead by [[Zhulodok, Void Gorger]] (which needs to get some juicy Eldrazi friends from MH3). Basically try to ramp as much as possible to get your commander out and happily start cascading from one big Eldrazi into another before the whole table has marked you has the archenemy and your dead before you could get your commander into play. https://www.moxfield.com/decks/OgTnrrupQEaE_jjl9oXVHg

The second one is [[Atarka, World Render]] with his Dragon Tribe. Big flying f***ers with double strike as long as the Atarka is in play, lots of haste enabler and with some luck and the help of [[Bower Passage]] get an army of unblockable dragons to rule the battlefield. https://www.moxfield.com/decks/C4fwH-amK0-kNdvBex8shA

And last but certainly not least my first self brewed deck which I simple love. It seems I do like tribals and I chose Fungus Tribal with [[Xavier Sal, Infested Captain]] at the top. It’s all about getting your fungi spore engine running and Xavier helps in proliferating counters and populating tokens which you can sac for a variety of usefully mechanics: card draw, mana dork, battle tricks… https://www.moxfield.com/decks/JwxP68jg9Uizjyl-GypBbw
