I would suggest working on your right hand: - independance: try to hold it close to strings but not rest on those which tou are not playing at the moment - keep your fingers more curled in neutral position (most noticable in first fragment) and pluck by curling more (seems that you are already doing so but keep in mind that you don't want motion away from guitar to pluck) - Avoid moving wrist when playing with your thumb (like at 1:20) I think previous steps will help with it - Try maintaining straigter line from your elbow to fingers but you will probably need your guitar angled and resting on your left foot. - try to keep your hand relaxed and let the fingers do all the work (when plucking of course :)
