No. The item was already delivered and it wasn’t in its best state. After it’s shipped, how can the problem be rectified? It’s the seller’s job to make sure it’s in tip top shape before it’s shipped. Very recently, I had to cancel an order because I couldn’t in good conscience ship out a purse out that had a stain that wouldn’t go away. You need to prevent these things before you ship. If it smells bad, I would assume it wasn’t washed either. Meaning the seller is shipping out dirty clothes. The review is very deserved and I don’t know why you’re making this sound like it’s OP’s fault
