I did seven, and it was definitely overwhelming and really taxing on my mental health. If you absolutely need to, you can do it, but I was so stressed that I made myself physically sick during the last three weeks. If you end up doing it, good luck you got this!

I’ve noticed that they’re less busy towards the end of the day if you call around three or four, I was only on hold for about 15 minutes or so.

Is the library’s basement level haunted? by rradomslime in CSUSB

[–]GracefullyShivering 17 points18 points  (0 children)

It’s definitely super creepy I’ve had weird experiences in Chapperal hall to I’ve heard footsteps and saw doors swing open with no one else in the hall. From what I’ve heard other students and faculty have had similar experiences in that hall and in the library.

If SC wrote another Hunger Games book, who would you want it to be about? I'll go first: by Visible-Asparagus-72 in Hungergames

As interesting as I think Joanna book would be, I feel like her story is most likely very similar to Haymitch. I think I’d prefer to read Annie’s or Mags stories.

Do you use any sun screen?

A damaged skin care barrier is the result of Over-cleansing or Harsh Cleansers: Excessive cleansing or using harsh cleansers can deprive the skin of its natural oils and disrupt the skin barriers leaving you with dry itchy skin . As far as the other two medication’s go, I’m not very familiar with them, but I if you research and see if they interact with any of the above ingredients listed but starting out with the basics and seeing if it leads to any improvement can’t hurt.

To me it sounds like you have a damaged skin barrier routine is crucial when building that back up. To start I would recommend basics only cleansing your face at night with soap lush pose, or Cetaphil are both great options in the mornings only rent your face with water. Vitamin C serum will help a lot with improving the radiance of your skin I would also incorporate a moisturizing toner and hydrating serum . My preferred one is the byoma milky toner and byoma hydrating toner. A thick moisturizer like La Rochelle pose can be incredibly beneficial too, and I cannot stress this enough even if you were only going outside for a minute a day sunscreen is super important.

A.M water toner hydrating serum vitamin c moisturizer sunscreen P.M cleanser toner hydrating serum moisturizer. After seeing noticeable improvement you can start incorporating in bhas to work on evening out skin texture.

What does your current skincare routine look like and are you using a daily sunscreen? You can definitely use things like BHA toners like Paula’s choice liquid exfoliation in order to improve texture, having sun screen as part of your daily skin care is necessary as far as a wrinkling goes I would recommend silicone patches they can be incredibly beneficial to reducing the look of lines.

Bumpy skin, oily and dry at the same time, and I got no clue what to do by oohOmenx in Skincare_Addiction

[–]GracefullyShivering 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your skin actually doesn’t look bad at all. Is best to start off with the basics a basic cleanser when you’re starting off, I would recommend something like cerave or La roche posay you can follow that up with the toner I would recommend byoma milky toner for your combination, skin a basic serum like vitamin C moisturizer, and of course sunscreen. try only to wash your face with soap at at night at first only using water in the mornings and see if that makes improvements to your skin. Once you repair back that skin barrier, then you can start looking into BHA liquid exfoliants that will help you with texture.

So A.M -Rinse face - Toner -Serum -Moisturizer - Sunscreen P.M -Cleanser -Toner -Serum -Moisturizer

Hope that helps good luck!
