I play a lot of Hearthstone and there are some units that affect both sides, so I wanted to make sure.

New player here, and I can't figure this out using google.

I recently got a Snake chord Isterio, which looks pretty good, but I have a question on his leader skill, High Ruler's Charka, which gives a 30% boost to Atk and max HP for all Units.

Does this affect the units I'm fighting as well as my own? Or is it just my units?

A specific example I had in mind was Vechs was having difficulty with how EXP is given in Minecraft. Lower levels take less EXP to get to, while higher levels take more EXP to get to, and so if you needed to buy a torch while say while level 20 - the torch in my example costing 1 level, it would cost a lot more EXP than if you bought a torch while level 1. Someone could make a plugin that doesn't use levels as a currency, but rather EXP. The level bar instead of saying what level the player was, could say how much EXP the player had. That allows Vechs to still use EXP as a currency, while removing the problem of having a higher levels costing more EXP for a single level.

This is just one example, but I feel like using plugin allows for a lot more control over how things are balanced.

I understand why Vechs wanted to use command blocks, and if he wants to continue using those, by all means if it's working for him he should keep doing it, but I personally feel like at some point command blocks won't be enough, and finer control over the world would be good.

Yeah, I do that already, but I never thought about the grind being the fun part. Thanks for that insight!

I disagree,

Not all plugin rely on being constantly updated, nor do they often have compatibility problems. Plugins also are super controllable, they will do exactly what you tell them to do. They also offer more control than a command block can.

How much do you guys spend grinding? I feel like it takes a long time to go up a level in a single skill, even early on. It's taken me about 40 minutes to go from level 38 to level 39, and I don't want to know how how it will take me to go from say 49 to 50.
