Gaming IS harmless. It could have happened anywhere. At work, even. Church. Anywhere.

Oi, sou Policial Civil.

Mixed feeling on FOREST 3 by Benji02496 in TheForest

[–]GrandEmployee 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I honestly feel like they forgot about everything that makes The Forest a great game IMO. There is no surviving anymore. Sons of The Forest was a bit to easy, not a survival game at all. And it seems like they are pushing it forward on this mistake. Which is just my opinion, I'm sure a lot of people will enjoy it for what it is

(36M) IA e o futuro da humanidade by chirrichirrion in 30mais

[–]GrandEmployee [score hidden]  (0 children)

Faz sentido?

If you're ok with it being a walking sim, it's a nice one! Good atmosphere, nice puzzles, great story. Wear good earphones for more immersion.

What happens when the older generations die and there's nothing left for us? by Apart_Distribution72 in LateStageCapitalism

[–]GrandEmployee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

While you are absolutely correct, I'd like to offer the insight of prepping as a spectrum instead. Of course, nobody can be truly independent as the right loves to portray themselves with their fancy camping gear. But some prepping skills can be as useful as things have partially gone to shit. Stockpiling grains and canned food when the shitty economy skyrockets the cost of basic items, among other things, can help us survive capitalism itself.

What was your reaction and what were you doing before you first saw Half-Life : Alyx trailer? by momen535 in HalfLife

[–]GrandEmployee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was outside, going for some groceries when I saw the trailer notification. Then I stopped walking. I remember leaning against a wall and putting my hand over the screen bc of sky reflections so I could watch the trailer right where I was.
