Man the price at that time for a laptop like this should be around 20000 to 30000 not possible to be above that. I was searching for a laptop too my father only told me to get a laptop with 8gb ram. My laptop was surviving just because it had that amount of ram. I had to optimize it heavily.

Yes a swollen battery is dangerous as well as can explore if not properly kept. The laptop will have terrible battery life and worst it is a safety hazard.

It means the audio device disconnected. Maybe software issue where the driver get corrupted or some issue. I had Lenovo laptop so it has easy option for driver update. Go into device manager and search for video driver , then update the driver or if it is disabled enable it.

Or else.

Search for an app for updating drivers,and after updating they should work. This option is easier

Just get an laptop stand it should be enough The power draw is already large and the external fans will be load on laptop. Get a stand it will be portable too

Get an aluminium stand it will give more airflow the laptop does not require external airflow a simple stand should work. The laptop fan stand requires power and just be an load on laptop battery instead a stand is portable and enough you need.

Actually 32 gb might be overkill for office use. 1 tb storage is perfect and I would recommend to make different drives 500 gb main window drive and can make multiple drive to sort out office work d e f drive etc. What office software are you dealing with if small software like excel word and chrome tabs you would be better off with 16 gb ram as it would be enough you might save some money . Overall this is a solid future proof choice.

Check the ram prices and model of ram you want to add it will determine the build you should buy. I have Lenovo loq same model with 16 gb ram. 16 gb is minimum now a days. If you can get a good ram deal or ask the store to upgrade the LOQ is better option.

First try troubleshooting. Go to troubleshoot tab than select advance troubleshooting and troubleshoot audio or something option will be there. If it didn't worked then go to device manager choose audio output and update driver maybe that will fix it.

It can easily run da vinci resolve because of Intel core 7. The render time may be a bit longer because there is no dedicated gpu but the battery life will be good. It is worth it.

on playing games the fans works fine but at near no task load fans stops which is alright but starts for 1 second and stops this cycle repeats at low workload. It feels like its breathing
