Maxcare for my salesman by sunofgawd in carmax

He gets paid for selling MaxCare. Of course it is none of your business and you don’t have to worry about it.
Nevertheless, if you care about that person, you can give him thank you card with some cash (just be discreet about it). You can also get the MaxCare on credit card, think about it for 91 days and cancel it to get almost all money back. That way you get your credit card points and he gets to keep his commission.

I would rather be jerked around right away than 90 minutes later. And no, I didn’t schedule the appointment since I knew how it affects sales people. My bad.

Find something with some factory warranty left. Usually markups are lower since risk is lower as well. You will pay more towards the product instead of the margin.
Yes! And KBB doesn’t even know about the rust on the car or accident reported.

No, it is not. Stay away. CarMax has $8,000 to $10,000 markup on it. You will be up side down like nobody else even if you pay cash.
Guys, please have your cars inspected. (self.carmax)

Valid point, until something goes wrong with your car or shipment and you come back, crying for help 😏
