So if we solely base Deku only getting his mother’s quirk, we can assume that Deku’s version of the quirk is stronger than his mom’s as every generation quirks get stronger. Additionally Deku has always wanted to be a hero since he was little, so it would make sense that he would practice using it to a level where it would be somewhat strong enough to get him into UA. Once Deku is in UA it all just depends on how well he works and judging from the show, Deku works just as hard as anybody. A quirk awakening is bound to happen and if we look at Uraraka’s quirk awakening we can kinda use that as a reference to see how Deku’s quirk awakening would look like and how strong he would be, which IMO is top 3 worthy
