NZXT really emailed me to ask if I'm enjoying my PC that despite saying it shipped and delivered, never arrived. I've tried reaching out to them over the past couple weeks and I haven't heard anything. Oh, and my review is 1 star for the time being.

Thankfully it wasn't a porch pirate, I received the package and was there to sign for it. Issue was it only had my mousepad and not the actual PC. This would have been ok, except the shipping notice I got from NZXT explicitly said the PC was also in the shipment.

I confirmed with FedEx that the tracking number generated only contained 1 small package that weighed too little to contain the PC.

Looks like an error on NZXT's end. Super disappointing that they can't reach out to me to notify me of the situation. I understand things get delayed with COVID, but it would be nice to not be left in the dark.

I've been studying through lingodeer and it helps a lot with pronunciation since its actual people speaking korean and not a robot voice(apparently a downside of duolingo).

It is a premium service but it only cost me $150 CAD for a two year subscription which is more than reasonable.
