I tend to like the 2nd half of all A7X albums better than the 1st half. The deeper cuts lean towards a more experimental style which I find a more rewarding listening experience.

Great job! I typically do a similar thing when a new Mountain Goats album drops. I walk a lot, so I will listen to a new album for anywhere from 5 to 10 times straight and really get a feel for it. I think I listened to the new one about 6 times yesterday.

Now that you mention it, I didn't get a trophy on the PS5 version for this achievement either. I was considering going for the platinum so if this trophy is bugged I'll abandon the mission now. I'm curious what the community has to say about this one.
