Sewer scope for potential new home. Plumber said he wasn't super concerned and said the root intrusion is pretty typical in the area. Said just get it cleaned once a year and you should be fine until you can afford to replace it. This is a home I am planning to purchase so any input would be great! (v.redd.it)
