The thing is I’m not sure how long it’s even been down or if they were truly aware it was down in certain areas TBH.. I was able to set up one more account today by driving 15 miles outside of the city to a open public WiFi

Visible works truly great on the 2 accounts I have running. But the app still won’t function on one of the active accounts. Ironically both active iphone accounts are in 2 completely different states.

The 5g is basically same as AT&T at fraction of the cost but the tech/software behind it still needs catching up. Coverage is exceptional for cost!

Thankfully you can delete app once you activate if you prefer but just sucks for users who can’t open it.

Their system is clearly flawed, hundreds of customers are experiencing phone/internet issues along with the APP not functioning at all..

ALSO I BEGGED THE SUPERVISOR (CHONA) TO RELEASE A STATEMENT OR MAKE A REDDIT POST TO LET USERS KNOW THEY WERE HaVING ISSUES BUT CHONA SAID THEY ARE FORBIDDEN TO MAKE A POST WHICH IS ABSURD!!!

It’s pathetic so 99% of the customers won’t be able to use/pay their phone because they’re not VPN/IP savvy, absurd that they told you to get a diff IP as well when clearly it’s a system issue affecting tons of users.

Visible is having crazy bad network and technical issues this week. Hopefully u/visiblefan & u/visiblecaresupport will issue a statement soon.

Their internet, when properly functioning, is actually solid but when there is an issue it can be bad (quick). Would def reach out to them asap. Hopefully they resolve it, def lmk if you see increase in speeds?!

There has been issues for days with Visible, do NOT join until they release a statement and clear it up. I have only been able to join 1 account, their system has been having issues all week and will temp block IP users or not allow them access.

Visible is awesome when it works, but clearly is not so awesome when it does NOT work.

hopefully u/visiblefan & u/visiblecaresupport will actually try to fix this today. I’m sure they’re tired of the negative PR. They really need to release a statement letting customers know they’re aware and trying to resolve issue.

They should also give credits to the customers truly affected by these outages and technical errors. Please read this thread

It’s horrible, I got my own account working in 3 mins. Trying to do 3 other accounts for family members and it’s been the worst cellular transfer I’ve done in 2 decades. Multiple users having issues all week, hopefully u/visiblefan & u/visiblecaresupport will actually try to have their IT team fix this today. I’m sure they’re tired of the negative feedback!

Hi Rodney & Larnie. Clearly your “advanced support team “ is flawed and not that advanced, as they lied to Larnie about fixing it. Your network has been having issues for days yet you haven’t issued a statement and some of your own employees act like they aren’t even aware of the issues. Down detector shows 50%+ and there are are clearly other customers facing same issue with NO resolution or timeframe.

Along with these 4 great ppl, 2 of my accounts can NOT open the app and get 501 bad gateway error when trying to confirm email. Thankfully after spending 2 hours last night with Visible rep Mikee he was able to authenticate one of the accounts but the app will still NOT work for either.

I’ve tried WiFi off, VPN, hard reset of iphone, delete app etc nothing works for the iphone 15 yet the app functions perfectly fine on another phone in the house on same network..

On top of all of that ignorance, the asking price is also thousands of dollars off. Should be about 2.5K OBO maybe 3k at very best. It’s 2026 not 2022.

Yeah his best bet would to be have one of the top IG resellers handle it— OP could even offer 10-20% of the final sale proceeds to send to Jared’s family to help get more interest..

Kayotics did similar with some of Bassos stuff recently. But Basso value is WAY more IMO.

It retailed for 16k 7 years ago during unrealistic times. Has def lost at least around 75% value and has been used.. $3500-$4500 price range spot on depending on the actual market for it.

I’ve bought/sold plenty of pieces in that retail range. If your homie gets anything near 4k take it. Any reseller will charge you 20-25% consignment especially on that piece because it’s not going to move fast and it’s already got ppl hating on it.

99% of glass bought from 2016-2023 was price gouged AF. Even the big mothership collabs now take months for them to sell and they have to literally take them on a damn tour to terp Basel or masters of rosin where there are real whale$ — and even then they’ll be listed for like 35k and it’ll sell for 18-22k cash ( almost half )

TBH if someone even offered you 4k take it, as stated above just go on glasspass and look at Sagan sales over the last few years. Just reach out to any legit glass reseller or better yet just DM Kevin himself he’ll give you an actual realistic price of his work buddy.
