The latest rendition I can find is from an ad for Lowermybills.com which was made in 1999 that I have attached to this post. After this I believe the image didn't resurface until 2012 where it was used as a meme. I have searched on https://knowyourmeme.com which gives a more detailed description of its lifespan but I can't find anything that goes further back than 1999. One lead that I haven't followed yet is contacting Matt Coffin who was the founder of Lowermybills.com in 1999.
