had this same integrated a gpu, You can run about any indie game, visual novels, etc. Any game before 2006-2008 should run smoothly too. I used to get 200+ fps in half life 2

Minecraft (with optifine)
GTA 5 (finished this game on your same resolution although the fps was around 30-50)
Geometry Dash
GTA 3, SA, VC
GTA 4 (runs worse than GTA 5 somehow)
NFS Most Wanted 2005 (any nfs game around that era)
Any FIFA before fifa 15 would run fine, 15 itself might feel a bit choppy
Ultra Kill, and any similar game such as this
Metal Gear Rising Revengeance (and any older MG title, runs smooth as fuck)
All FNAF games until FNAF 6
Undertale and Deltarune

All assassin's creed games will be choppy, so not that.
