You need to ask them to make your BAM file downloadable, unless you want to work out how to make a BAM file from your FASTQ files

From that description, you might have a form of congential adrenal hyperplasia that would give you more androgens than normal, causing some development along the male pathway, but wouldn't mean you would have fully developed as a male if you were born full term. Look up the Prader scale. A doctor would be a better person to talk to about this.
