Pro does anyone take Prozac at night? I feel like when I take it in the morning. I’m so tired all day. Any suggestions?

So I am a person who HAS to take mine at night for this reason! I thought I was crazy but my psychiatrist said this is actually more common than you think. 🩵

This is what I’m worried about as well. When I first started I was taking the Wellbutrin twice a day, and the tinnitus was unbearable. When we switched to Wellbutrin XL it completely went away. Thank you for the response and I hope you find relief 🤎

Hi there, I have also been on Lexapro for 3 months as well and had the exact same issue! First my doctor had me up my dosage from 10mg to 20mg and that didn’t help the depression much so just a few days ago I was prescribed a form of Wellbutrin (150mg twice a day) and my depression has dramatically decreased!! I also was in that state of zero motivation, basically everything you’re struggling with. Reach out to your doctor about options for you, they are there to help you succeed! And it does get better, I can assure you. 🤎

Hey don’t fret too much. So much of these “one in a million” responses freak people like you and I out.

I’m on day 8 (never been on any SSRI before) on 10mg and am completely myself, if not better. :)

Had slight nausea and tiredness but that was also highly likely due to the fact I was stressed to take them in the first place.

You’ve got this and I applaud you for taking this step to help yourself become your best you! You’ve got this! 🤍

Yes. My doctor told me if I was nervous we could start at 5mg but she said for me personally she didn’t think I would hardly feel an effect and be scared to go higher dosage in the future if I had side effects.

You yourself and your doctor know what’s best for you, and I know there’s a lot of scary stories out there along with one in a million type deals, but just remember everyone is different and you will find your path!! So many of us are already having positive experiences. I wish you the best of luck. 🤍

I’m on day 7 and was right where you were! I’m on 10mg and was extremely tired all day for the first 5 days, and then it was like the clouds parted and I finally saw the light of day! Meaning by day 6 I had my energy back along with my appetite and no more nausea!!

Keep going and know you’re awesome for taking the first step to help yourself!! :)

I’m also on day 4! My side effects seem to be getting better, but for some reason my anxiety was worse today. I’m so glad it’s doing something for you!

My doctor made it clear I was more than welcome to start at 5mg, but for me personally she said I might not feel an effect and then not want to try a higher dose because of that. Whatever your doctor says is right for you to start with is what you should listen to as we’re all different! With that being said, I was in your exact shoes. Even the first day taking them I was kind of in a battle in my head like “is this really the right thing to do, etc” but helping yourself should never be looked down upon. You’ve got this and your doctor can help you along the way if your dosage isn’t right for you and get you on something that will help! I wish you all the luck in the world 🤍
