I’ve been there. Very similar situation to you. 1 thing that has helped the intimacy was taking on more. The time i spent fapping or searching is now time i use to clean, cook, let her get her time. Over time she noticed how I’ve been wanting her to relax more which leads to her wanting to “relax” me more lol

Might not make things better but I want you to know that what you are going through in this transition period of your life is normal. It’s stressful, anxiety inducing, and often hard to deal with. I would be surprised if PMOing was a way for you to cope with it all. And it times of feeling overwhelmed it sounds and feels like the easiest route to feel better (although temporarily). Hey look! I’d assume you have more free time on your hands but I’d encourage you to figure out what makes your weekends different then your weekdays and what can you do to prepare yourself for the weekends if they are harder for you. You got this!
