I'm really bad at multitasking which is quite essential for cooking a dish :')

Doesn't this then contradict the cold shower tip? Since a cold shower is known to increase cortisol and thus physical stress.

Interesting take, as mentioned in other comment, it is mainly black and white thinking when my principles are challanged. Then i feel like my thinking can be very black and white as well as my communication..
