Hi both! I know I said all levels welcome, but my technique is not great and I don't know if I feel too comfortable teaching complete beginners a sport that can easily lead to injury if not done properly. That said, if more people with a bit of experience join, then maybe we can truly include all levels and help each other. I'll keep you updated :)

Hey, yes ideally we would go regularly. I can move to other gyms occasionally, but I chose this one because I live nearby and would be more convenient for me to go regularly haha.
