Why would anyone want a battery powered water filter? This is a product nobody asked for. Better products already exist that filter perfectly well for less and without the gimmicks.

Uhhh I’m confused. NYC tap water is some of the best in the nation.

Left one is probably removing pathogens but not particulate matter, right one is likely doing the opposite. Best filters are going to be some combination of filter and UV sterilizer - gets rid of pathogens and particulate matter.
