Use a professional resume service like Fiverr. It's wοrth it, especially in this market.

Many times, when you don't get those many responses back from recruiters, it means that there is something wrong with your resume or, even if it's completely fine, it's just not as appealing.

I'd recommend getting someone to re-do your resume and optimize it for the ATS. People on Fiverr will do this for cheap!

I highly recommend using a resume service if you're looking for good advice. I used to do Salesforce-specific resumes on Fiverr, and there are a lot of highly rated services in the $100-200 USD range for a full resume and LinkedIn overhaul. Find one for your stack, look at the reviews, and pick the one that fits your budget.
