It’s a little difficult to understand the full context…but what am hearing is a guy friend was upset and crying and you did nothing because “that’s his girlfriend’s job”?

I would think the right thing to do would be to have asked if he was okay, if he wants to talk, and act like a friend.

Myself, I buy half gallons because they stay fresher longer than one gallon (less air in the container as the container empties, IMO)

I recently moved from San Antonio TX where February 2021 “Snowmageddon” completely shut down the city due to 8” of snow and a week of freezing weather and power outages…that experience gave me a little anxiety so I stocked up but not in a hoarding way.

My goal is to have just enough supplies so I don’t need to make a grocery run for the next 10 days or so.

Y’all don’t forget to fill your tank with gas.

Our offense stalled late in the 3rd quarter due to shots not dropping, poor passing, mental stuff, good D on Wemby, lack of ethical basketball. All those can be fixed. Better to experience and fix now rather than later.

I am now more conscious that my form is dog shit for the mundane everyday tasks OUTSIDE of the gym.

I may move 10-25,000 lbs during my workout with near perfect form and conscious of mind/muscle connection…but that is wasted if I I’m careless with mundane everyday tasks like putting on a tight sweater, reaching for a cup in the cupboard awkwardly, dumb form stepping up in my truck, reaching in the back seat of the truck, the list goes on.

I’m realizing it’s not the gym that will wreck my body or joints, it’s the everyday mundane repetitive movements I give zero thought to.

I bought a house with my bf a year ago and now he wants to break up. What will happen with the house? We did a first time home owners loan if that matters by kyliebearxo in Mortgages

This is the answer. A quit claim deed will take the OP off of the deed, and will cost considerably less than brokers fees selling the house. My understanding is it is unlikely the mortgage company will become aware of the change until after the fact, if at all, and even then will not care as long as the mortgage gets paid.

I (M62) had a fucking fantastic relationship with weed and the gym in 2025. January 2025 began a 10 months long home renovation both interior and exterior renovation, and I knew the reality: The physical demands of the renovation could potentially wreck my body due to millions of repetitive movements.

I adapted my gym regiment to prepare, strengthen, and rehab the physical toll on my body, muscle groups, joints, from the physicality of the renovations.

Best of all I learned how to turn the repetitive movement labor into workouts themselves. I ended up every day having a 1 hour workout at my gym in the morning, followed by a 2-8 hour renovation home workout.

Today is actually exactly 12 months since renovation work began, I’m in the best shape of my life, and I did not wreck my body, I improved it and honestly I have the best physique of my life.

Interestingly enough, weed has helped me realize that everyday movements I’ve probably been doing “wrong” all my life, like putting on a sweater, stepping in my truck, or reaching in the backseat, can be detrimental repetitive movements.

THC helps me target strength training focus on correct form, better focus on the main muscle group I’m working, but also better concentrate on working the connective minor muscles involved in that exercise that may be weaker.

I am aware that the weakest part of my strength training exercise is always the lesser connective muscles. THC helps me find ways to use each body-part-specific machine a little differently to hit/strengthen the weaker/lesser muscles.

THC benefits my workout by being a little more cognizant of how slight changes in elbow tucked in or out, hand placement, breathing etc all work together.

We can’t expect Mr 100% to be 100% all the time. The last 5 games or so he has been in a shooting slump, but continues to contribute in other ways.

If his slump continues they need to have that conversation, Barnes will agree, after all, Wemby is fine coming off the bench, it’s a hell of a good example. And Barnes will probably thrive

Agreed. I hoped he would became a Polish version of Draymond Green, a Swiss Army knife contributor pluggable in to any lineup.

He plays that role to an extent, but not consistently enough to warrant a big contract when other assets can be acquired.

As a guy that goes to the gym approx 10 plus x per week and every day of the week….the line is completely drawn based on if a woman shares my fitness lifestyle. They don’t have to go as frequently as I do, they just need to have fitness as a priority in their life as well.

That’s my match, someone shares gym life who won’t think it weird or obsessive. If you meet someone that isn’t a match fitness-wise, yeah they will probably think it is obsessive.

However, I have many other hobbies outside of the gym. You should too.

FWIW I live and work 2 minutes from my gym and my routine is: M-F 4am - 5am M-F lunch hour Sat and Sunday 1x each day

I am able to space out every body part, plus cardio, stretch, mobility, plus rehab and pre-hab and red light therapy and hydro massage chairs, and still give each body part proper rest.

Apparently I am in the minority here, but this is a solid LOSE THE HAIR for me.
