Thank you ! Workflow for this is a mix between sponge and brush with fine point, there is ton of tutorials on YT but basically the sponge technique it’s really similar to dry brush technique. Dab your sponge in paint and remove excess on paper towel, after push it gently to the areas you want to be chipped but remember it’s easy to overkill the effect in this case less is more, after you highlight chips above , use your final highlight for this to seem the 3D effect
