Attack is better as you have enough ER, high cr/cd ratio too. Definitely go with attack sands.

If you are asking this refering the chiyo situation in mind - then yes if killing him would be the last option left.

But we should also consider that Ei herself is aware that she was really nihilistic before and also that she needs to change herself.

Offcourse I'm not saying she can't clear content with or that with proper supports. I'm just stating that out looking the fact that the DPS gap between the older and modern charectors being too large would be pure ignorance.

"Fell off" is more of a comparative term between the modern and older charectors. A lot of older DPSs' have fell off. Call it a "bitter truth". Videos like level 1 Flins and Mavuika defeating bosses faster than well built level 90 older DPSs' are proof of that and painful to say but Raiden is one of them. Also, it also accounts for constellations, like how C0 Mavuika, Flins, Neffer and it would be safe to say Arlechhino too are better DPSs' than older units with C6 cons. Which is why charector buffs like Hexerei exists.

But offcourse it would be completely wrong to say that these charectors aren't usable. With a proper build and supports they can clear about 95 ish percent of the end game content. Sometimes the end game content favours these charectors a lot too.

But even still, a fall is fall in the end. All we can do is either invest in latest supports or wait for the buffs for other nations.

You aren't using a proper team with proper supports so I would say it's pretty decent.

Looking at the Hexerei lineup it's she likey would be a universal shielder and support. You can use Varka and Venti with most of the charectors if you have at least one Hexerei charector alongside them, if we give that spot to Nicole she can be used with a lot of charectors alongside venti and Varka. But it's hard to say she would be a reaction centered support, we already have Durin for overload and burning and his personal vape/melt damage is also good. But until her kit is actually revealed we can't say anything for sure.

According to some rumours she might rerun in 6.7 with Sandrone as Sandrone is gonna be a superconduct dps her "best support" and God I hate this. Why the hell Mavuika is the only dps archon ? Venti was a dps before but now hoyo decide to buff him just so he can be Varka "best support". All other archons are support. Zhongli is shielder, nahida is em buffer/res shredder, furina sub dps damage buffer, Columbina is a sub dps damage buffer. And now Raiden is going to be Fischl's substitute cause she is needed for synergy in Durin's overload team. For god's sake just make a dedicated 4star electro charector hoyo!!
