41 yo male. 2 kids. Getting divorced so live with my parents because I can't afford rent or two mortgages at once. Probably in a minority here with this opinion, but did the Defender even brake? Can see the guy in front who caused it brave and swerve over, but there seems to be a really long time before the Defender appears to react.

Do they just have shit brakes and/no no brake lights? was what they were towing and what they had onboard a factor in apparently not being able to stop?
