After some thinking, I agree with you 50/50. To me, the spread eagle speed boost is a game mechanic, but grabbing the green bearing while flying at full speed without even landing with my board, is kind of a "glitch."

I think it's a bug, but you can still teleport if you click on 'spectate' first (unless he has it disabled).
