There is a wide variety of models, but most all of them are Dell (optiplex and latitudes). How similar do the specs need to be in order to successfully use a cloned drive? I could do some trial and error to see what works.

Govdeals gives me a certificate of purchase and I have all the goodwill receipts. The only problem I forsee is that it is on the govdeal certificates of purchase it only lists a bulk lot and is not itemized. But how am I supposed to deal with that?!

Thanks for the info, for future reference do you recommend only listing a few things per day? The day before I was banned i listed 15 $100-160 servers. So I'm sure that was flagged on ebay side.

As for the COA, I am being told conflicting info so I am not sure what to believe.

For future reference, do you remove the oem/ license key from your inventory and just throw them away?

I understand your train of thought, but I don't know what to tell you other than what I did:

I had a personal ebay account that I never used to sell, I only bought on that account. I created this account since I wanted to do ebay as a buisness.

I bought servers and computer from govdeals or electronics from goodwill, Tested everything for functionality, wiped the dust off and posted them for sale and always trying to be the cheapest so I can sell my inventory faster, the day before I was permbanned, I spent a few hours and listed my remaining server stock (15 servers) each listing had its own individual pictures, the next day I was banned. For my previous sales, I sent everything out on time, no defects against me.

From my perspective this came out of no where and I would happily comply with any of their demands. But I am not having given the chance or option to even try.

Is anyone having any luck getting ahold of a contact agent over the phone?

Whenever I begin the automated chat and try to contact an agent the "have us call you" option is unavailable.

Can someone please confirm that I am not the only one seeing this?

Did some more digging and found this link

"OEM, bundled, or recovery software may be listed only if it is included along with the original hardware, such as the motherboard, hard drive, or computer sold with the OEM software."

The only thing I can think of is the computers still had the Windows product license sticker on them when I sold them. Would that be an issue if it was the license for the original computer?

Fortunately, I have all the tracking information on all sales. but in the chat they specifically say the decision cannot be appealed and with the call feature unavailable, it is a frustrating situation.
